Due to the nature of online services, once a service (such as a virtual tour or online consultation) has been accessed or completed, we are unable to offer a refund. Please review the product/service details carefully before making a purchase. - How to Request a Refund:

- Details of the issue or reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable) Our team will review your request and notify you if a refund is approved. Please note, our team may request additional information to process your refund.
- Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
- Service Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an online service (such as a virtual tour or online consultation), please notify us at least 5 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 5 hours may not be eligible for a refund. - Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
If you fail to attend the scheduled online service (e.g., a virtual tour or consultation) without prior notice, no refund will be issued. We recommend informing us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
